This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, it applies in addition.

2. Visiting this website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser details, in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not analyse this data in a way that identifies you. According to its own statements, Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If that certification lapses, Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses.

3. Storage in your browser

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (neither localStorage nor sessionStorage).

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your message and contact details in order to reply. Emails are handled by Infomaniak (Switzerland).

5. Analytics and advertising

This website uses no analytics or advertising services.

6. Disclosure abroad

Cloudflare is based in the USA. We only disclose data where the Federal Council has found that the country provides adequate data protection (e.g. the EU, or the USA for companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. DPF) or where standard contractual clauses have been agreed.

7. Your rights

You can at any time request information, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted or handed over in a common format, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only people and services that need access for operation have it.

9. Changes

We will update this notice if the way we process data changes. The version published here applies.
