In short: Try Jobsi for free, or buy the 90-day pass for CHF 69, one payment, no subscription. The pass ends by itself after 90 days. Payment goes through Stripe, TWINT included. Swiss law applies.

1. Provider and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the use of Jobsi (website and app) and to the purchase of the 90-day pass and the comeback offer. The provider is:

Tobias Schär, sole proprietorship
Florastrasse 6, 8610 Uster, Switzerland
Email: [email protected]

("Jobsi", "we"). Jobsi is aimed at people looking for a job in Switzerland. By signing up and by buying a pass you accept these Terms.

2. State of the service

Jobsi is being developed continuously, and features may change. Test access that we give you for free applies for the stated period, ends by itself and cannot be converted into money or into a pass. Export important documents yourself (export in the app).

3. What Jobsi does

  • Jobsi looks for matching jobs, shows them to you as suggestions and explains why they fit. The jobs come from publicly available sources on the internet (also with an AI web search) and from third-party providers. You can also add your own job ads.
  • Jobsi creates cover letters and a tailored CV as a dossier to download and shows you how to apply.
  • You send the application yourself. Jobsi does not send applications and does not pass any data to employers.
  • Texts are created with AI. They can contain mistakes. You check them before sending and you are responsible for your application.
  • After an offer, Jobsi guides you through the probation period with a plan and tips. This is general information, not legal advice.
  • We promise no job, no particular number of matching jobs and no particular number of replies. The only promise of this kind is the interview guarantee in section 9.

4. Account

You need an account. Your details must be correct, and you keep your access private. You are at least 18 years old, or your legal representative agrees.

5. Your content

What you upload (for example CV and references) stays yours. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that you do not upload third-party data without being entitled to. You allow us to process the content as far as needed for Jobsi, including by the AI provider and other service providers named in the privacy notice. You may use the texts created by Jobsi freely.

6. Data protection

How we process your data is described in the privacy notice. It is part of these Terms.

7. Fair use

You use Jobsi only for your own job search. In particular, false statements in applications, automated scraping of the platform, circumventing limits and reselling your access are prohibited. In case of abuse we can block your account.

The pass has no fixed number of dossiers. To protect against abuse, technical upper limits apply: 200 dossiers per calendar month, 500 jobs viewed per day and 200 job ads added by yourself per day (calendar month and calendar day in Swiss time). With normal use you will not reach them. If you reach a limit, you can carry on in the next calendar month or on the next calendar day.

8. Plans, prices and payment

8.1 Free. For free you can try Jobsi without a credit card: 10 jobs from the search, 10 jobs of your own and 3 dossiers, in total and not per day or month. If you want to carry on after that, you need the pass. We can change the free allowance for new accounts.

8.2 The 90-day pass. The pass costs CHF 69, one payment. It is valid for 90 days from the successful payment and then ends by itself. It is not a subscription, does not renew and does not need to be cancelled. If you want to carry on afterwards, you buy a new pass. The pass includes new matching jobs every morning, an unlimited number of dossiers within fair use (section 7) and the way to apply for every job. You set yourself how many new jobs per day you get at most. That is a maximum and not a promise: Jobsi only shows jobs that fit your details.

8.3 Price and VAT. All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Jobsi is not subject to value added tax. The price therefore contains no VAT and we do not show any. You pay exactly the price you see before paying.

8.4 How the purchase is made.

  • In the app you choose "Buy pass".
  • We send you to the payment page of Stripe. There you see the price and the payment methods.
  • On the payment page you can check and correct your details. With "Back" you cancel the purchase, and nothing is charged.
  • With "Pay" you place your binding order. The contract is formed as soon as the payment succeeds and we activate the pass in your account.

8.5 Payment. Payment is made in advance through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) with TWINT, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You enter your payment details only at Stripe or at TWINT, Apple or Google, and we do not see them (see privacy notice). Access starts with the successful payment. If the payment fails or you cancel, nothing is charged and no pass is activated. The terms of Stripe and of the payment method you choose also apply.

8.6 Confirmation and contract text. We confirm your purchase immediately in the app. Under "Plan and account" you see until when the pass is valid. Stripe sends the payment receipt by email to the address of your account. We store your purchase (plan, amount, time). You can open, save and print these Terms at any time at jobsi.ch/agb. For a pass you have bought, the version at the time of purchase applies, and we send you earlier versions on request. The contract is concluded in German. The English version of these Terms is a translation, the German version applies.

8.7 Disputes and chargebacks. If you have a problem with a payment or with the pass, please write to us first at [email protected]. We reply as fast as we can and look for a solution with you. We pay refunds back through Stripe to the original payment method. If a payment is refunded or charged back at your bank or at Stripe and the amount goes back to you, the pass ends with the repayment.

8.8 7-day money back. If you are not satisfied with the first pass you bought, we refund the payment in full. Write to us within 7 days of the payment, from the email address of your account, at [email protected], no reason needed. We pay back through Stripe to the original payment method, after which the pass ends. This applies once per person and only to the first payment. If the pass was refunded, the interview guarantee (section 9) no longer applies.

8.9 Comeback offer. Around the end of your 90-day pass, Jobsi may show you the comeback offer: 6 months for CHF 49, one-off. It offers the same as the pass, is not a subscription, does not renew and ends by itself. It starts at the end of your running pass or, if that has already expired, with the successful payment. You can buy it once per person. The purchase works as in sections 8.3 to 8.7. Section 8.8 (7-day money back) and section 9 (interview guarantee) do not apply to this offer.

8.10 Email before expiry. Shortly before a purchased pass ends, we email you a question and an offer. You can unsubscribe at any time, with the link in the email or in your account.

9. Interview guarantee (90-day pass)

If, during the term of your 90-day pass, you have prepared at least 20 applications through Jobsi and received no job interview in those 90 days, we extend your pass once by 90 days, free of charge. A repayment in money is excluded.

  • An application counts as prepared through Jobsi if Jobsi has created a finished dossier for a job in your account. You can see the count in the overview. Several dossiers for the same job count once.
  • Any invitation to an interview counts as a job interview, also by phone or video, as well as to an assessment.
  • How to request the extension: write to [email protected] within 14 days after the pass has ended, from the email address of your account. Confirm in your message that you received no invitation to a job interview in the 90 days (self-declaration). We check the number of prepared applications in your account and activate the extension if the conditions are met. We do not ask employers.
  • The 90 days of the extension start when we activate it.
  • The guarantee applies once per person and only to a 90-day pass that you bought, not to test access. False statements, for example an untrue self-declaration, exclude it.

10. Availability

We do our best to run the service without interruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Job data comes from third parties and can be incomplete, outdated or already filled. We do not check job ads for accuracy and do not guarantee that all matching jobs are found.

11. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability is excluded as far as the law allows. This applies in particular to damages from mistakes in AI texts, from jobs, invitations or replies not received, from outdated or incorrect job ads and from data loss. Liability that the law imposes by mandatory rule (for example for personal injury) remains unaffected.

12. Cancellation and deletion

You do not have to cancel the pass, it ends by itself after 90 days, the comeback offer after 6 months. You can delete your account in the app at any time. A running pass is not refunded pro rata in that case, except under section 8.8. In case of abuse (section 7) we can block or end your account. If we end your account or the operation of Jobsi without fault on your part before your pass runs out, we refund the price pro rata for the remaining days.

13. Changes

We can change these Terms. We tell you about material changes by email beforehand. If you keep using Jobsi after a change, the new version applies. For a pass you have already bought, the version at the time of purchase applies.

14. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Uster. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers (in Switzerland, for example, at their place of residence) remain reserved.
